Can I Cancel or Pause?
Yes. There is no minimum: pause, skip or cancel in your customer portal any time before 11:59 p.m. ET the day before your renewal.
When Am I Charged?
Today, when you check out. Then every 30 days for each delivery, until you pause or cancel.
How Much Is Shipping?
2 or more pairs ship free. With 1 pair, shipping is added at checkout. Orders ship within 1–3 business days, and Standard shipping takes 3–6 business days.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact our team within 14 days of delivery at support@viasox.com or +1 (855) 768‑1227 with a photo of the item and its packaging, and we'll help. Because socks are a personal item, we don't accept returns or exchanges.
How Many Pairs Can I Get?
Start with 1, 2 or 3 pairs, and add more when you pick your patterns, up to 6 pairs a delivery. 2 pairs or more ship free.
How Do I Choose My Size?
Go by your US shoe size. S/M fits women's 5-9 and men's 6-8, M/L fits women's 10-12 and men's 9-11, and L/XL fits women's 13-14 and men's 12-13.
