Wholesale Order Terms

These terms apply to every order placed through the Viasox Wholesale Portal. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Pricing

• $7.50 per pair wholesale.
• Retail MSRP $14.99 per pair. Products must be advertised at MSRP ($14.99 MAP).

Packs and sizing

• Each style ships in packs of 6, size ratio 2:3:1: 2 S/M, 3 M/L, 1 L/XL.
• All socks come in packs of 6.

Minimum order

• $360 minimum order (MOQ): 8 six-packs (48 pairs).
• Styles may be ordered individually from the catalog as long as your total order meets the minimum.
• Custom orders of styles or quantities not listed have a $5,000 minimum. Email wholesale@viasox.com to request one.

Shipping

• Free shipping on all orders.
• Orders ship from our USA and Canada warehouses.

Payment

• Payment by credit card is due when you place your order.

Returns

• Defective or incorrect orders are replaced or credited with a Viasox approval form, within 30 days of delivery.
• Unsold inventory is not returnable.

Online resale

• Online reselling is not permitted, on your own website or on third-party platforms such as Amazon, without written permission from Viasox.
